Student-Led Growth: We empower local student leaders to start their own FL.Y chapters. These leaders understand their local community's specific barriers better than any central office could.
The Power of Autonomy: Each chapter operates as a mini-startup, fueled by the core FL.Y mission but adapted to local needs.
National Reach: By targeting state and national leaders for strategic partnerships, we provide the "air cover" of resources and legitimacy, while the chapters provide the "ground game" of execution.
